Pricing Summary

Level I Sample Part Starting at $1480* This part can be made from a mold with the cavity cut in just one half. The other half is completely flat. Lead Time: 2-8+ weeks depending on backlog
Level II Sample Part Starting at $1640* This part can be made from a mold with the cavity cut into both halves. The mold split is planar (flat) and there are no areas of the mold that extend from one half into the other. Lead Time: 2-8+ weeks depending on backlog
Level III Sample Part Starting at $1860* This part is similar to level II, but there are areas of the mold where areas of one half extend into the other half. It also has a planar parting line. Lead Time: 2-8+ weeks depending on backlog
Level IV Sample Part Starting at $2220* This part is similar to level III, but there are areas of both halves that extend into the other half. The parting line is planar. Lead Time: 2-8+ weeks depending on backlog
Level V Sample Part *Starting at $2680 The most complex mold that we make has cavities cut into both halves of the mold and allows a non planar parting line, such as a freeform surface or stepped parting line . It may have extensions in both mold halves. Lead Time: 3-8+ weeks depending on backlog**

3D Solid Modeling- We take your sketch, drawing, sample part, prototype, etc. and generate a 3D CAD model of your part. We then send you the model with viewing software so you can inspect the model on your computer. After your approval, the tooling is made.

3D Digitizing- We take your part and extract points in 3D space to be used to create a 3D CAD model.

*All pricing is in US Dollars with an approximate delivery to be determined at time of order. Changes, unusual materials, part geometry and issues with prior backlog may affect delivery. Terms are generally 50% with order, and the balance upon part approval. Parts are pre-paid. Pricing is based on samples and varies according to model complexity, mold finish, quantity, and material requirements. The mold insert(s) are yours and are returned with the parts unless otherwise specified. Additional runs from same tooling are priced at $0.65 to $2.85+ depending on part, quantity and material plus $350 setup charge. Expedited delivery may be available depending on our current backlog.
